Some of our Piper Computer Kits include Micro-USB cables that came from a bad manufacturing batch. If your Piper is not working, and you think the reason might be the Micro-USB cable, try using a personal Micro-USB cable. If your Piper works then, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to get a replacement Micro-USB cable. In your message, please let us know that you tested it with another Micro-USB cable.
If you do not have a personal Micro-USB cable or your Piper is not functioning properly for other reasons, please contact support at email@example.com to get your Piper Kit up and running.
